What: Toronto's Bloor Street West will be the scene of celebration and revelry on Thursday, August 5th as Shoppers Optimum celebrates its 10th birthday with pop-up parties across the country, unprecedented savings in-store and an on-line personality game that will give members the chance to win a whopping 10 million Shoppers Optimum points.
