Media Alert - Cassels Brock Chairman Hon. David Peterson Named Chair of TO2015

TORONTO, Sept. 10, 2013 /CNW/ - Cassels Brock is pleased to note the announcement that the Hon. David Peterson, Chairman of the firm, is taking over as Chair of the 2015 Pan and Parapan American Games Organizing Committee, TO2015.

The nomination came from Kathleen Wynne, Premier of Ontario, who said that she is "delighted David is taking on this important responsibility. His deep knowledge, vision and infectious enthusiasm will help make these the most successful Pan Am Games ever".

Mr. Peterson ran Ontario's successful bid to host the Pan and Parapan American Games in 2009, and has now been nominated to become Chair as planning continues and excitement for the Games builds across the province. Cassels Brock is proud of Mr. Peterson's involvement with the PanAm Games as they serve to highlight Ontario's rich talent, culture and diversity.
