The 2012 Report Card focuses on a series of questions about Canadians' health status, their knowledge and awareness of how to be healthy, and their lifestyle habits as they relate to their health. They were also asked an extensive series of demographic questions related to the social determinants of health.
The report shows a disconcerting connection between the health of Canadians and their income.
