Borden Ladner Gervais accepts the #ALSIceBucketChallenge
TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - This morning, lawyers from across Canada will arrive in court a little wetter than usual and maybe with a slight chill. Borden Ladner Gervais LLP is enthusiastically taking up the ALS Canada ice bucket challenge. This cause is of particular importance to the firm as it helps to honour a respected colleague, Michael McNaughton, who passed away from ALS in November, 2012.
Canada's oldest and largest law firm welcomes this challenge issued by another Toronto-based legal firm, and has a goal of raising $5000 to donate to ALS Canada and involving employees across Canada.
