TORONTO, July 16, 2012 /CNW/ - The Scotiabank Toronto Caribbean Carnival is heating up the city with the official launch on Tuesday, July 17 at 12:00 p.m. at Nathan Phillips Square. Media and members of the public are invited to join festival organizers, dignitaries and members of the Caribbean Canadian community to kick off the three-week long festival. The 2012 Scotiabank Toronto Caribbean Carnival runs from July 17 to August 12, 2012.
