Media Alert - Tangerine and Canada Basketball national team player Rob Sacre to shoot hoops with Vancouver youth
VANCOUVER, May 15, 2016 /CNW/ - Tangerine invites you to its Vancouver Community Gym event, as part of its #BrightWayForward program – a day focused on basketball skills training and empowerment programming for local youth, in partnership with Canada Basketball.
Tangerine will be joined by Vancouver-raised national team and NBA player, Rob Sacre, and over 150 local youth who will be participating in empowerment and basketball skills training led by Basketball B.C. There will also be a special presentation from Tangerine, a Q&A session with Sacre, and a performance from UNITY Charity featuring beatboxing, breakdancing and spoken word poetry.
