WHAT:	Official announcement of plans to open a new full-service LCBO store in Windsor in 2011 by the Honourable Dwight Duncan, Minister of Finance and MPP for Windsor-Tecumseh, and LCBO President and CEO Bob Peter at the official re-opening of the LCBO Parkway Plaza store.
	The announcement will also include information about expanded service for Ontario wines, including LCBO's largest offering of local southwest Ontario wines.
