TORONTO, June 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Media are invited to the official media launch for this year's 49^th annual Toronto Caribbean Carnival. Dignitaries will be joined by 25 models in Mas' costumes, the new Face of the Festival, new corporate and media sponsors, CP24's Patricia Jaggernauth as the emcee and festival executives at the Ontario Science Centre.
