Media Alert / Photo Opportunity - Tim Hortons Turns Back Time: Yonge-Dundas Square Transformed to 1964 to Celebrate Tim Hortons' 50th Birthday

WHAT:	In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Tim Hortons has performed the ultimate #ThrowbackThursday, by transforming Yonge-Dundas Square into a scene from 1964, complete with a retro replica of "Store No. 1", Tim Hortons' first restaurant.
	The scene will be set with record and barber shop store front flats, telephone booths, parking meters, lamp posts, a grassy area with picnic benches, vintage cars, including a 1962 pink Cadillac, and actors and actresses dressed in swinging '60s garb.
	Guests will enjoy complimentary coffee and limited edition Birthday Cake Donuts, served by staff in vintage uniforms, as well as a concert by Canadian jazz-pop singer, Nikki Yanofsky. As a nod to Tim Horton's hockey roots, guests can look forward to appearances from Toronto Maple Leaf alumni, Tim Horton and Timbits Hockey paraphernalia from the Hockey Hall of Fame as well as the prized Stanley Cup .
