MEDIA ALERT - Hydro One & Jack.org Partner to Bring Free Mental Health Talks to Young People & Their Families Across Ontario
TORONTO, Feb. 17, 2021 /CNW/ - Tomorrow, Hydro One and Jack.org launch The Ontario Jack Talks Series, free virtual mental health talks aimed to address a growing demand for mental health resources and help support the mental health and well-being of young people and their families across Ontario. The Virtual Jack Talk features two trained youth speakers who use the power of their personal stories to educate people about mental health, how to recognize signs of struggle, how to be there for others, and how to connect to help. The Q+A will invite audiences to submit their mental health questions and engage directly with Jack Talks speakers. Through its partnership with Hydro One, the organization will host 200 live-streamed and recorded virtual Jack Talks in Ontario this year. For more information or to register, please visit Jack.org.

WHEN: Participants of all ages are invited to attend Jack Talks delivered by two trained youth speakers on the following dates:
- February 18, 2021, 5 p.m. ET led by Della Woodger and Alexa Hassall Shipman
- February 22, 2021, 5 p.m. ET led by Julia Wickens and Kneev Sharma
- February 23, 2021, 5 p.m. ET led by Jessica Landry and Josh Morin
