TORONTO, Nov. 28, 2019 /CNW/ - More than 270 Torontonians will brave the elements this Saturday, participating in Brainfreeze – a polar bear dip for youth mental health at Woodbine Beach. In its third year, Brainfreeze raises funds and awareness for Jack.org, the only Canadian charity training and empowering a network of young leaders who are revolutionizing mental health. Toronto is one of six cities participating in Brainfreeze in 2019, raising more than $100,000 for youth mental health so far this year. For more information, please visit Jack.org.
