WHAT:	Celebrity Chef Massimo Capra will be in Vancouver for one day to promote induction cooking technology and his new cookbook 3 Chefs: The Kitchen Men.
	Media are invited to an exclusive cooking demonstration where Chef Capra will discuss trends in holiday cooking and showcase the three key benefits of induction cooking technology: precision, cleanliness and safety.
	Note: All media who attend will receive a copy of Chef Capra's cookbook.
