| Note about Venue Verification and Venue Plan: | On September 30, Toronto 2015 staff will present to the Board of Directors recommendations to modify the venue plan. The Board will direct staff on how to proceed with the next phases in venue planning. This may involve continuing negotiations and consultations with venue owners and sport federations, and direction on additional approvals. Garland and Troop will be able to comment in general terms about the process and status of venue planning but will not comment on specific details. |
