Media Availability - 75 Years of Freedom: Opening Canadian Tulip Festival and unveiling of new national campaign for the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands

OTTAWA, May 7, 2019 /CNW/ - During the opening ceremony of the 67th annual Canadian Tulip Festival, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Canada, in partnership with the Festival, the National Capital Commission, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and the Royal Canadian Legion will announce the kick-off of a national Commemorative Planting Campaign in preparation for the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands in the Spring of 2020.
