Media information concerning Sept 5, 2012 BCGEU strike

VANCOUVER, Sept. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - BCGEU President Darryl Walker will be at the following locations & available for media interviews Wednesday, Sept 5:

• 0600 - 0840  Liquor Distribution Branch Warehouse: 3200 East Broadway in East Vancouver. 
• 0945 - 1100  B.C. Government offices: 865 Hornby Street in downtown Vancouver.

Darryl will travel to Victoria in the afternoon:

• 1400 - (approx) B.C. Government offices: 1515 Blanshard Street. 

Chief negotiator David Vipond will be at 1515 Blanshard as of 0800 tomorrow to respond to media questions.

Karen Tankard will be handling media relations for Darryl Walker only. He will be available for some phone interviews. We will try to accommodate as many as we can. Pls email or text me with your contact info tomorrow (Wednesday).
