MONTREAL, Nov. 3, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The official launch of the fundraising race for Tremblant's 24h event will be held tomorrow, at the Montreal Science Centre. This year, Tremblant's 24h of Skiing and Tremblant's 24h Walk & Run will join forces for the cause and be held simultaneously on December 5, 6, and 7.
At the launch, the media are invited to meet the skiers, walkers, runners, celebrities and the children who will be paired with participating teams. All will meet the challenge to help children deal with the curve balls life has thrown at them.
On the programme: cocktails, video presentations, inspirational speeches and a festive atmosphere. On this evening, we salute the courage and strength of the children who will benefit from this important fundraiser. Some of the kids will attend the launch to represent Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, Fondation Martin-Matte and Tremblant Foundation, the organisations which benefit from the event.
