MONTRÉAL, Nov. 27, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Montréal Space for Life invites media representatives to attend a preview of a very special tasting, and see the finishing touches being added to the A Sweet Christmas exhibition before it opens to the general public.
The Botanical Garden's Main Exhibition Greenhouse is being decked out for the holidays, and you can soak up the festive atmosphere as you taste some plant-based sweets. Some of them you're sure to recognize, while others may have you guessing. It will also be a chance to learn about where candies get their pleasing colours and aromas.
A horticulturist and the event's artistic designer will lead you through the exhibition and show you how they managed to successfully combine the theme of A Sweet Christmas and the magic of the holidays with plants' vibrant colours. You'll also get a great view behind the scenes, as the finishing touches are added to the Main Exhibition Greenhouse.
A Sweet Christmas and the Christmas Fair at the Botanical Garden will be open to the public starting December 5.
