Media Invitation - CIBC to celebrate the grand opening of new Courtice branch with a visit from Santa, and donation to the United Way of Durham
TORONTO, Dec. 12, 2012 /CNW/ - This Saturday, December 15th, CIBC (TSX: CM) (NYSE: CM) will celebrate the grand opening of the new CIBC Courtice Banking Centre with a visit from Santa and other holiday activities for the community. The new 6,000 square foot branch offers residents an exciting new open concept design for service and advice six-days-a-week in English, Italian and Polish. To mark the opening, CIBC will present a donation to the United Way of Durham.
The client-centric design of the new branch includes a number of new features:
- iPads and laptops for clients to use, allowing them to check on their accounts, sign up for online banking, or learn more about a product or service online
- Open concept design, including a multi-functional client lounge and seminar space
- High-tech digital displays replacing all in-branch posters
