MONTREAL, Sept. 15, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - On Sunday, September 17th, patients and families from Shriners Hospitals for Children – Canada will live a morning like no other. At 10:00 am, more than twenty Ferraris, parked in front of the hospital will be ready to start the first "Exceptional Ride for Exceptional Kids" where hospital patients will have the opportunity to go on a ride of a lifetime in a Ferrari. Luigi Ferrari Club Québec members will give children the thrill of being in this world famous car and these experienced drivers, who are volunteers and car owners, will dedicate themselves to bring enthusiasm, excitement, laughs and magic to the patients. This event is organized by the members of Sakina no. 145 Daughters of the Nile of Ottawa and is a win-win: children have an incredible experience and this is a fundraising event as each car is sponsored for $ 1,000 by one or more organizations and individuals. The drivers will follow a pre-established route through the city and on the mountain. The first departure is scheduled at 10:30 am.
