WHAT: | The official launch of Zero Force, a movement to eradicate the use of child soldiers led by Lieutenant LGen Roméo Dallaire who is known for his exceptional work as a champion of human rights. A series of entertaining and educational events will take place surrounding the launch and Human Rights Day. | |
