SHERBROOKE, QC, July 30, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - On Tuesday, July 31, the Université de Sherbrooke, IBM, and Teledyne DALSA will officially inaugurate the new Centre de collaboration MiQro Innovation, also known as C2MI, located in Bromont's Technoparc.
Intended to become a world leader in the development and assembly of silicon chips and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), C2MI serves as an interface between university and industrial research to accelerate the commercialization of the next generation of electronic products.
Journalists will have an opportunity to tour the facilities, accompanied by the major stakeholders.
Please note that C2MI's industrial confidentiality needs will require that journalists show their media credentials to be authorized to enter the buildings.
