A major project for the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district
MONTREAL, Oct. 23, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Paula Cheaib and Elie Cheaib, vice-president and president (respectively) of Society Développement Immobilier – the new Cheaib family business, founders of Adonis supermarkets – invite media representatives to a press conference to launch the new VOLTIGE real estate project located at 1,400, Sauvé West, in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district.
The event will take place in the esteemed presence of the mayor of the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district, Pierre Gagnier, as well as several key partners associated with the project.

The VOLTIGE real estate project
VOLTIGE is an integrated real estate project that includes five separate towers – from 12 to 26 floors – offering over 800 residences (condominiums for purchase and rent), commercial spaces and offices. More than 35,000 sq. ft. of parkland will be developed at the centre of the project. Located in Montréal, in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district, the site is well served by public transport, considered TOD « Transit-oriented development », with the Ahuntsic train station (within walking distance) and the Chabanel station.
