Montréal Pride Parade draws show of support from many public figures
MONTRÉAL, Aug 12, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Montréal Pride will welcome, for its 10th edition, many public figures to a press briefing that will be held on Sunday, August 14, at the garden of the Canadian Centre for Architecture on René-Lévesque Boulevard. A significant number of prominent public figures have accepted the invitation to join with the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) communities in a show of support for equal rights for all. Their involvement demonstrates their solidarity in the social acceptance of communities, advancing the rights of trans people and inclusion of ethnic LGBTQ communities and sociocultural.

The Montréal Pride Parade will begin on Sunday, August 16, at 1 pm on René-Lévesque, corner Saint-Mathieu, and will proceed east, ending at Sanguinet.
