Media Invitation - Pipeline Training Course to be Launched at Training Centre in Morrisburg

MORRISBURG, ON, Sept. 25, 2015 /CNW/ - On Tuesday, September 29, at noon, a pipeline training course will be officially launched at the Operating Engineers Training Institute of Ontario (OETIO) campus at 12580 County Road #2 in Morrisburg, Ontario.

The media is invited to attend the two-hour event, which will feature speakers, a luncheon, pipeline training presentation, video and tour of the training site. Speakers include John Soini, vice president of pipeline and facilities and Energy East project director at TransCanada Pipe Lines, and Mike Gallagher, business manager at Local 793 of the International Union of Operating Engineers.

Media will be able to take photos and videos of equipment and trainees participating in live pipeline field training exercises.
