MONTREAL, Feb. 6, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Members of the Simone de Beauvoir Institute at Concordia University will unveil their position on the tuition fee increase in postsecondary education in Québec, and will discuss in particular the impact of such an increase on women.
The debate on tuition increases and the funding of postsecondary education is raging in Québec as students are organizing a number of protests this winter. The position of the Simone de Beauvoir Institute brings a new element to the discussion by examining how the tuition increase will impact women.
