The new Champlain Bridge: Montréal's defining moment

Mr. Leopold's remarks will address the economic benefits of an innovative design for the new Champlain Bridge. An international-calibre piece of architecture and technology, the new infrastructure will help restore Montréal's status as a world-class city and leading tourist destination.
