Media Invitation - Tabling of the Annual Report of the Auditor General of the Ville de Montréal

MONTRÉAL, June 8, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Auditor General of the Ville de Montréal, Ms. Michele Galipeau, invites media representatives to attend a press conference that will follow the tabling of her first Annual Report, for the year 2016.

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 2 p.m., in Room 202 of the Lucien-Saulnier building, located at 155 Notre-Dame Street East.

Schedule:
1 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.:	Three representatives from the Office of the Auditor General will be on-site to answer technical questions from journalists.
2 p.m.:	Presentation by the Auditor General and question period.

Please note that the Auditor General of the Ville de Montréal's 2016 Annual Report and highlights will only be available on the organization's website. Paper copies will not be distributed before or during the press conference.

Under resolution CM11 0184, adopted by the City Council on March 22, 2011 and modifying the procedure for tabling the Auditor General's Annual Report, the Auditor General is not authorized to speak to the media until the conclusion of the plenary session that will be held by the Council on Tuesday, June 13, scheduled for 10:30 a.m. until noon.
