Media Invitation - The 7th Centraide Cup: Playing soccer to improve the quality of life of youth and families Français
MONTRÉAL, Sept. 4, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Centraide of Greater Montreal and the Montreal Impact Foundation are holding the 7th Centraide Cup on September 8 and 9, 2018, at Stade Saputo. This can't-miss soccer tournament of 500 corporate employees playing on 30 different teams will support programs to prevent school dropouts and improve the quality of life of youth and families.

A soccer skills competition for children and company employees will follow from 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Competition participants will also get the chance to meet players from the Montreal Impact attending this event.
The organizations competing for the prestigious Centraide Cup are: AECOM, Aéroports de Montréal, BMO Financial Group, Bombardier, CAE, Deloitte, Desjardins Group, EY, Hydro-Québec, iA Financial Group, Lallemand, Lavery Lawyers, LGS Group Consulting Corporation, an IBM Company, Manulife, McCarthy Tétrault, McKesson Canada, National Bank of Canada, Nav Canada, METRO, Norton Rose Fulbright, Passion Soccer Boutique, Pratt & Whitney Canada, RBC Royal Bank, Saputo, TVA Sports, and Ville de Montréal.
The public is invited to come cheer on the players on Saturday, September 8 and Sunday, September 9 at Stade Saputo starting at 9:00 a.m. (activities and play area available for children). The playoffs will start Sunday at 2:00 p.m. The winners of the competitive and recreational divisions will receive their medals and the prestigious Centraide Cup at 5:00 p.m.
