a Modern and Sustainable Service for Canada

MONTREAL, April 30, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal is inviting media representatives to its business luncheon on Tuesday, May 1^st at noon, during which Mr. Marc Laliberté, President and CEO of VIA Rail Canada, will be speaking.

Mr. Laliberté will describe the transformation undertaken at VIA Rail following an unprecedented investment of nearly one billion dollars from the Government of Canada since 2007. He will also speak about a Canadian vision of passenger rail service as a viable, attractive, and sustainable transportation option for all Canadians.
