Media invitation - The Charles-Bruneau Challenge: Grand departure to China for Pierre Bruneau and the team of walkers Français
MONTREAL, May 31, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Mr. Pierre Bruneau, the spokesman for the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, is proud to invite media representatives to Montréal-Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport for the grand departure of the 11 walkers taking part in the 16-day trek in China. They will pay tribute to the courage of children with cancer while attempting to meet three separate challenges: the Great Wall of China, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge.

This departure will take place in the presence of:
- Pierre Bruneau, TVA news anchor and spokesman for the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau
- François Langlois, expedition leader and only the third Quebecer to conquer the Seven Summits
- 3-year-old Anthony Vachon, spokesperson for the expedition and patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia
- The group of 10 walkers committed to children with cancer

Financial objective
The walkers hope to collect more than $200,000 for research in pediatric oncology.

Charles-Bruneau Challenges
