Media Invitation - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc. - Technical briefing: 2012 work plan

LONGUEUIL, QC, April 27, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) invites media representatives to a technical briefing on Tuesday, May 1^st at 10 a.m. to present the 2012 work plan for the Champlain and Jacques Cartier bridges, as well as the federal sections of Autoroute 15, the Bonaventure Expressway and the Honoré Mercier bridge.

At this briefing, the JCCBI management team will update you on expected network closures, as well as the mitigation measures that have been planned. We will also use the opportunity to present some of the innovations that are unique in Quebec and implemented on our network.

This meeting will be the second in a series of technical briefings that are to take place twice a year, in the spring and winter. These briefings enable the media to better follow the work carried out on the bridge and familiarize themselves with our action plan.

The themes covered will focus on the current structures and our work plan. With this in mind, we offer you these technical briefings.
