Media Invitation - The Montreal Impact Foundation and Centraide announce the program for the 2014 annual Centraide Cup

MONTREAL, June 5, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Members of the press are invited to attend the announcement of the program for the 2014 Centraide Cup, a benefit soccer tournament organized by the Montreal Impact Foundation and Centraide, to be held on September 6 and 7 in the Stade Saputo. All proceeds from the Centraide Cup will be used to develop effective programs to prevent school dropout and improve the quality of life for youth and families in disadvantaged neighbourhoods.

With the World Cup soccer tournament set to begin in a few days, some Montreal Impact players will mark the occasion by participating in a friendly soccer game with young people from Maison de Jonathan, a Centraide-supported agency that helps dropouts aged 12 to 17 on the South Shore.
