TORONTO, Sept. 12, 2024 /CNW/ - Medias and culinary professionals are invited to taste the dishes that won the team best in show and a podium finish at the Continental competition in New Orleans. Considered the Olympic of food, the Bocuse d'Or is the most difficult culinary competition on Earth.
Meet the team in advance of the international competition in Lyon France!
Chef Keith Pears, Commis Joseph Mongillo and the National Culinary Team will serve some of the mandatory ingredient-dishes of the competition including their shrimp tartare with fresh pomelo, alligator and grits as well as their wild boar showpiece made with char siu farce, using the boar nose to tail. This is a great opportunity to meet the team in advance to the international competition that will take place in Lyon this January.
