QUÉBEC CITY, Sept. 27, 2023 /CNW/ - On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, Ombudsman Marc-André Dowd will release his first follow-up report on the Public Inquiry Commission on relations between Indigenous Peoples and certain public services in Québec: listening, reconciliation and progress (Viens Commission).
The hybrid media conference will be held at around 10:45 a.m. (after the report has been tabled by the President of the National Assembly):
- In person at the Multipurpose Room (SUM) of Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Val-d'Or Campus, 663, 1re Avenue, Val-d'Or, or;
- On the Web via ZOOM.
Journalists can obtain the report UNDER EMBARGO at the media briefing that will be held between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.:
