MEDIA INVITATION: TELEFILM CANADA'S ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING

MONTREAL, Dec. 7 /CNW Telbec/ - Media representatives are invited to attend Telefilm Canada's Annual Public Meeting (APM) live from Halifax. Telefilm's Chairman of the Board, Michel Roy, and its Executive Director, Carolle Brabant, will present the organization's results for fiscal 2009-2010 as well as the preliminary feedback from a vast, Canada-wide consultation undertaken in the context of Telefilm's 2011-2014 strategic planning process. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer period for those attending the APM in person as well as via the webcast.

DATE/TIME:					Wednesday, December 8, 2010, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. (AST) Attention: Depending on where you are located in Canada, the APM will start at 12 p.m. PST, 1 p.m. MST, 2 p.m. CST, or 4:30 p.m. NST.
