OTTAWA, Dec. 12, 2016 /CNW/ - The Report of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation will be provided to Ministers and released to the public on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.
A media lock-up will be provided for reading only and will start at 9:15 a.m. and will be held at the National Press Theatre in Ottawa. The lock-up will end at 10:30 a.m., when media are invited to a news conference with the Chair and Vice Chair of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation at the National Press Theatre, 150 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
The contents of the report remain under embargo until the Chair starts speaking at the news conference (approximately 10:45 a.m.).

Embargo Procedures
A printed copy of the report will be made available when the lock-up starts at 9:15 a.m., and will remain under embargo the start of the news conference with the Task Force Chair and Vice-Chair (approximately 10:45 a.m.).
Once the lock-up has commenced, no one will be allowed to leave the room or contact their office until the embargo is lifted.
When entering the lock-up, journalists will be required to sign an undertaking to respect the release arrangements and not to remove, release or communicate documents, materials or information, or other records of any nature whatsoever, to anyone in any manner until they are released from the embargo.
The Department of Health reserves the right to refuse access to any future Department of Health embargoed releases to any person and/or their organization that breaches the terms of the undertaking.
Space Allocation and Equipment Set-Up
Space at the National Press Theatre will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
