Media notice - Canada's Premiers to Meet in Saint Andrews from July 18-20, 2018 - Media accreditation required Français
OTTAWA, July 16, 2018 /CNW/ - As incoming Chair of the Council of the Federation, New Brunswick Premier Brian Gallant will host the 2018 Summer Meeting of Canada's Premiers from July 18 to 20 at the Algonquin Resort in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick.
Media Accreditation
Media representatives who wish to cover the 2018 Summer Meeting of Canada's Premiers must register online. To access the online registration system, please visit www.canadaspremiers.ca, click on the link for the 2018 Summer Meeting and click "Media Registration". Media must register by July 18, 2018.
Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the registration desk in Saint Andrews.
Media Centre
A media centre will be set up in the Van Horne Ballroom, located on the front lawn of the Algonquin Resort on Thursday, July 19 and Friday, July 20. The room will be equipped with internet access, a printer and power outlets. A unimic will also be set up on-site.

Additional Information
A welcome reception will be held on Wednesday, July 18 beginning at 6 p.m. Media are invited to attend. This is a social event only; media will not be permitted to conduct interviews or use photography or video equipment at this event.
The Council of the Federation comprises all 13 provincial and territorial Premiers. It enables Premiers to work collaboratively, form closer ties, foster constructive relationships among governments, and show leadership on important issues that matter to Canadians.
