OTTAWA, July 5, 2018 /CNW/ - As incoming Chair of the Council of the Federation, New Brunswick Premier Brian Gallant will host the 2018 Summer Meeting of Canada's Premiers from July 18 to 20 at the Algonquin Resort in Saint Andrews, New Brunswick.
Media Accreditation
Media representatives who wish to cover the 2018 Summer Meeting of Canada's Premiers must register online. To access the online registration system, please visit www.canadaspremiers.ca, click on the link for the 2018 Summer Meeting and click "Media Registration". Media must register by July 18, 2018.
Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the registration desk in Saint Andrews.
Media Centre
A media centre will be set up in the Van Horne Ballroom, located on the front lawn of the Algonquin Resort on Thursday, July 19 and Friday, July 20. The room will be equipped with internet access, a printer and power outlets. A unimic will also be set up on-site.

Additional Information
A meeting of Premiers and National Indigenous Organization (NIO) Leaders will be held on Wednesday, July 18 from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon in Bouctouche, New Brunswick. A media advisory regarding this meeting has been issued by the Government of New Brunswick.
Ground Transportation
For media covering the meeting of Premiers and NIO Leaders on July 18, ground transportation will be provided from Moncton to Bouctouche and from Bouctouche to Saint Andrews.
The Council of the Federation comprises all 13 provincial and territorial Premiers. It enables Premiers to work collaboratively, form closer ties, foster constructive relationships among governments, and show leadership on important issues that matter to Canadians.
