OTTAWA, July 6 /CNW Telbec/ - As incoming Chair of the Council of the Federation, Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger will host the 2010 Summer Meeting of the Council of the Federation from August 4 to 6 in Winnipeg at the Fort Garry Hotel.

Media Accreditation
Media representatives who wish to attend the 2010 Council of the Federation Summer Meeting must register online. Click here (https://win02.magma.ca/cnclfed/2010/media/) to register. Applicants will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. Media must register by July 22, 2010.

Standard Guestrooms are $159/night and Superior King Guestrooms are $164/night (not including taxes). Rates include high speed internet. Media representatives must make their reservations no later than July 16, 2010. After this date, availability is not guaranteed.

Media Work Room
A media work room will be located in the Provencher Ballroom (Lobby level) at the Fort Garry Hotel. This room will be equipped with Internet access, power outlets and television monitors.
