CHARLOTTETOWN, Aug. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Please note the following final details regarding the 55th Annual Premiers' Conference taking place in Charlottetown from August 26 to 30, 2014.
Media Registration
Media representatives who wish to attend the 55th Annual Premiers' Conference must register online. To access the online registration system, please visit www.canadaspremiers.ca, click on the link for the 55th Annual Premiers' Conference and click "Media Registration". Media must register by August 21, 2014. Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the media registration desk during the following hours:

Media Centre
A media centre will be located in Sir John A. Macdonald Room of the PEI Convention Centre. This room will be equipped with Internet access, power outlets and television monitors. To access this room, media should enter the Delta Prince Edward Hotel through the main doors, turn right towards the PEI Convention Centre and turn left towards the media centre.
Satellite Truck Parking

Additional Information
A meeting of Premiers and National Aboriginal Organization Leaders will be held on Wednesday, August 27, at the Holman Grand Hotel in Charlottetown. Details about this meeting have been issued by the Government of Prince Edward Island.
The Council of the Federation is comprised of all 13 provincial and territorial Premiers. It enables Premiers to work collaboratively to strengthen the Canadian federation by fostering a constructive relationship among the provinces and territories, and with the federal government.
