FORT MCMURRAY, AB, Sept. 20, 2018 /CNW/ - Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) is proud to bring Flood Factor, an important consumer education initiative to raise Canadians' level of awareness of flood risk, to Fort McMurray, AB.
As an industry leader on adapting to the impact of climate change, IBC will be presenting a $2,500 cheque to the Justin Slade Youth Foundation while at the Fort McMurray Fall Show on September21. The cheque will be presented by Celyeste Power, Vice-President, Western, IBC, in partnership with MLA Laila Goodridge, MLA for Fort McMurray-Conklin.
