Mediagrif changes the record dates for its semi-annual dividends

LONGUEUIL, QC, June 1 /CNW Telbec/ - Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. ("Mediagrif" or the "Corporation") (TSX:MDF) announced on November 10, 2009 the adoption of a cash dividend policy. In accordance with this policy, the record dates for the dividends which may be declared by the board of directors were fixed to December 1st and June 1st. To better coordinate the declaration of dividends with the release of financial results of the Corporation, a change in the record dates under the dividend policy was made, fixing them hereafter to January 1st and July 1st.

Any declaration of future dividends is at the discretion of the board of directors of the Corporation and is subject to compliance with solvency tests established by the constituting Act of the Corporation.
