WHAT: | The 3rd annual FIRST Robotics Competition Greater Toronto East Regional Finals is a robotics competition for students aged 14-18 in teams of 25-30. |

WHY: | FIRST Robotics Competitions encourage students to explore the fields of science and technology, using cutting-edge hardware and software to build task-focused competition robots. Regional winners will compete at FRC's World Championships in St. Louis, Missouri and have the opportunity to vie for more than $16 million in scholarships at some of the world's leading universities. |
