Médiasdiversité 2010: The Forum for the Québec Media Industry

MONTREAL , Dec. 10 /CNW Telbec/ - The Québec Association of Television and Radio Broadcasters (AQTR) is proud to announce the upcoming fifth edition of Médiasdiversité (previously known as Télédiversité) which will take place on Friday, January 22, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in TVA's Studio G in Montréal.

Médiasdiversité is held each year since 2005, thanks to the collaboration of Astral Media and TVA. Its goal is to facilitate members of visible minorities' access to television, radio, printed media and new media sectors in Québec.

The 2010 edition features various activities to better fulfil the needs of the different cultural communities and employers. Accordingly, experimental workshops, conferences, a job fair and training will allow attendees to meet professionals from diverse fields in the industry. Furthermore, internships and door prizes will be drawn among attendees. Online event registration is now open at www.mediasdiversite.ca.
