Medical Facilities Corporation Announces Appointment of Director
TORONTO, March 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce David Bellaire has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Medical Facilities corporation.
Mr. Bellaire is a senior advisory partner to Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. He was a senior partner until 2013 and held leadership roles in the insurance carrier, provider and services sectors at Bain Healthcare. He has counseled provider, insurer, bio-pharmaceutical, medical product, distributor and health IT organizations on business unit and corporate strategy, M&A, and partnership arrangements. With over 30 years in the healthcare industry, David has also led key firm initiatives providing commercial responses to the US Health Reform. Prior to Bain, David was NDC Health EVP for health solutions, Booz Allen Hamilton lead partner, APM, Inc. (Computer Sciences Corp) SVP, and faculty member of Northwestern University Medical School. Currently, he is on the board of directors of Kinney Drugs and Therapeutics Research Center, both US-based and privately held.
