Medical Facilities Corporation Announces November Dividend

TORONTO, Nov. 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Company") announced today that a cash dividend payment of Cdn$0.09375 per common share will be payable on December 15, 2017 to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on November 30, 2017. This will be the Company's 164th consecutive dividend payment since inception.
The ex-dividend date for this distribution will be November 29, 2017. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.
