Medical Facilities Corporation Hospital Enters into Joint Venture to Establish Urgent Care Center in Little Rock, Arkansas
TORONTO, Aug. 25, 2017 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" "MFC" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Arkansas Surgical Hospital ("ASH") has entered into a joint venture with Ambulatory Innovation Associates to establish an urgent care center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The ASH urgent care center will be designed to offer one-stop care for people of all ages who have a non-life-threatening illness or injury. As well as a complete medical staff, the center will provide imaging, laboratory and diagnostic services.
