Medoro Resources Announces Warrants to Commence Trading on TSX Venture

TORONTO , Dec. 16 /CNW/ - Medoro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: MRS) announced today the commencement of trading, effective at the opening of the TSX Venture Exchange on December 17, 2009 , of 64,350,000 common share purchase warrants of Medoro that were issued on December 14, 2009 pursuant to the previously announced deemed exercise of its 128,700,000 special warrants issued on a private placement basis on November 3, 2009 . Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of Medoro at a price of $1.25 per share until November 3, 2011 .
