MARKHAM, ON, Sept. 25, 2017 /CNW/ - MedReleaf Corp. (TSX: LEAF) ("MedReleaf" or the "Company") announced the results of the vote on the election of directors at the annual meeting of shareholders held today.
On a vote by ballot, each of the five nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders or until the director's successor is elected or appointed.
