MEG Montreal to host the 3rd Lunch Beat, featuring DJ Lexis

MONTREAL, July 12, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - The third edition of Lunch Beat Montreal will take place July 18th at Club Soda as part of the Festival MEG Montreal. The second Lunch Beat brought together nearly 500 people at Parc des Amériques.

It's DJ Lexis who will be taking over the 1s and 2s, one of Montreal's most eclectic DJs and a true music lover. In 2007, he founded Music Is My Sanctuary (MIMS) which has, with time, become one of the most respected websites for electronic music fans, now bringing together over 50,000 visitors per month. As a DJ, he's played events including Piknic Electronik, Igloofest and alongside such high-profile acts as Julio Bashmore, Floating Points, and Mary Anne Hobbs.

The concept is the same: Join us for 60 minutes of dancing over your lunch hour! To respect the spirit of this international movement born in Sweden, remember:

• Everyone is invited, but you must dance!
• The experience lasts exactly 60-minutes, from noon to 1PM.
• Lunch Beat offers irresistible beats, a to-go lunch and water.
